Astral Projection Tips

Tips for Astral Projection

240 Questions Answered - A Series Of 5 Videos (FREE until further notice)

Astral Projection, an extraordinary psychic phenomenon, is an intriguing, controversial and extremely potent fodder for the strongest of debates.

Astral Projection (commonly called out-of-body-experiences) is a process through which the human consciousness (soul) can temporarily leave the physical body and travel anywhere, unrestricted by any physical boundaries.

There are countless articles and websites catering to Astral Projection, many of which are not very reliable. However, there is one really innovative and recent release that cuts through the clutter, and explains Astral Projection the way it really is.

This is a set of 5 videos that answers 240 Astral Projection questions in a really lucid and clear manner. As I discovered to my surprise, this set of videos is one of its kind, and understandably, growing enormously popular through word of mouth reviews.

These videos truly have valuable information that can demystify all the mysteries shrouding the concept of Astral Projection.

What blew me away was the fact that these 5 videos, with more than 2 hours of playing time, was being released absolutely free!

Created by Abhishek Agarwal, an icon of his own merit in the field of Astral Projection, these videos are aimed at bringing clarity to the entire phenomenon of Astral Projection among the multitude of fake information available online.

Abhishek's name adds a lot of credibility to the content that has been packed into these videos, as he has more than 15 years of experience in the field.

The videos are very comprehensive and all the intricate details in the concept of astral projection have been explained in layman's language. They are bound to clear many of your existing doubts on astral travel too.

Abhi scores greatly with the background music used for the videos. The music does not intrude the narration in any way whatsoever but it adds more value to the videos by managing to keep people hooked onto its trance.

The videos start off with references to an online survey conducted by Abhishek among a group of 500 people who were interested in learning more about Astral Travel. He lists down the various questions that he had raised among them, pertaining to their experience in reaching unseen realms, their belief in the entire concept of Astral Travel, and the main reason they are apprehensive in actually trying out their astral adventure.

In this regard, the videos do cover a lot of ground. Ranging from the most juvenile of questions (yes, people can be very naïve in issues regarding the mystic sciences) to the most hard-hitting ones, the videos have them all.

I have seen people trying to fight their inner curiosity by labeling astral projection as dangerous without a second shot. These videos should really prove clear things for them.

A lot of questions in the video revolve around the factor of fear that is usually associated with astral projection, mainly due to the lack of awareness among the public about the entire phenomena.

Astral Projection is a natural way to connect with the unknown and work towards answering the quintessential questions about the purpose of your existence and the ultimate meaning of life.

Many questions also revolve around the methods through which one can project into the astral realm. An Out Of Body Experience (OOBE) can be attained only in a deep state of relaxation or meditation. For this, the entire body needs to be at rest and in a state of effective trance. This can be best attained through a variety of techniques, including visualization and vibration techniques.

The videos advocate the need to have a clear mind, wiped off all worries and everyday disturbances. Once you have the discipline and the dedication towards achieving astral harmony, the other pieces will fall into place by themselves.

Abhishek also makes it clear that there are no risks involved in the process; and that no harm can occur to one's astral self during the process in the astral plane. Fear is the major stumbling block that prevents many people from experiencing this out of the world experience. So you should make sure never to let fear influence your decisions come what may.

These videos have been neatly prepared, with a crisp narrative that can be easily followed, as Abhishek goes through the 240 frequently, and not-so-frequently asked questions.

Another thing that deserves a mention is that these videos are available entirely free of cost. Information of this magnitude seldom comes free. So it took me a lot of time to convince myself that this was indeed created without any money in mind, and with solely the passion for the astral world in heart.

Not only has Abhishek provided the videos free of cost, he has also included a 100-Page transcript of the entire content that is available on the videos!

Moreover, you can watch the videos using any of the commonly available media players. So that's one problem down. However, the files are quite large and can take some time to download if your Internet connection is slow. The videos are worth the wait, though!

If you are a first timer in the field of astral projection, you will be floored by the smooth narrative and truckload of information that has been packed into these videos. This is exactly what these videos aim at accomplishing - and they have hit the right chord throughout!

I personally think that these videos should be a huge success, given the work involved in their making and the quality of the final result.

Floating Beside My Body

This was one of my most interesting Astral experiences. It was early evening and, as I was home alone, I decided to take advantage of the quietness and go for a practice.

I went to bed and did a nice relaxation concentrating on my breathing and, as I felt my body getting relaxed, I started noticing the sound of my pineal gland growing very strong as did my heartbeats. I knew that, in fact, it was not the sound and the beats that were getting stronger and deeper, but it was my concentration level. I decided to focus on my heartbeats and, after some minutes, I felt as if my whole body was sort of beating - it seemed to shake in the rhythm of my heart. I was curious to know if my body was really shaking, then I moved the focus of my attention to my physical body without loosing my heartbeats and could notice it was completely static.

Soon after that, I felt my arms and legs moving up - I knew those were not my physical limbs, but I checked my physical body anyway without losing the sensations, just to be sure. The interesting part was that I could, at that point, move my attention alternately to my astral body and to my physical body without difficulty. I knew that was the time to get up by moving my astral body very slowly (paying attention not to move my physical body). I decided to roll over to get out of bed and, as I rolled, I felt very light and vaporous - an amazing sensation for sure. When out of bed (and also out of my physical body) I was floating in the air laying down just beside my bed and physical body. I was so excited with the sensations and all the experience that I came back instantly to my physical body, though.

Personally, I think we can read lots of books and do plenty of courses on the Astral world and on Astral experiences, but we really start to learn about them when we have our own experiences.

Conscious Projection Technique

After you're settled and ready to go to sleep, tell yourself that you are going to catch yourself in the act of going to sleep and then lift up out of your physical body. You must be very clear about your intent. You're going to let your body sleep, you(mind) will remain alert throughout the entire method. Tell yerself you will retain consciousness even while your body going to be in the "trance" of sleep. Now you will have to watch yourself go to sleep.

Trying to stay too alert may interfere with your efforts, so a smooth sort of alertness is what is going to work the best. Just let yourself relax into sleep and watch the process. You must learn to recognize the rather strange, distinctive sensations you feel as your body moves into the sleep state and must stay aware as this unfolds. At a certain point, you'll realize that you're in a hypnogogic state.(state between waking and sleeping)

Instead of watching yourself going to sleep, you could give yerself the suggestion that you will pay attention as soon as you start feeling your body to get numb, and then just let your mind drift. Your suggestions could be anything that you are comfortbale with.

Mine is I will become alert and aware in the middle of falling asleep and I will lift out of my physical body.Once you succeed in catching yourself in the hypnogogic state, you will still be in body and to get out all you'll have to do is will yerself out. Its that simple, it seems like a lot but it is easy once you get the hang of it. It took me almost to days to get very good results.

Past Life Regression Therapy

Today I'd like to take a moment to look at the concept of past life regression. There are many philosophies in the world, and the concept that this life is but one of several that any given soul will ultimately live is an ancient philosophy indeed. Many have found that taking the notion of reincarnation seriously has positively effected their lives to break cycles, give them a new lease on life, and allow them to take on challenges with a whole new life of experiences.

The term "old soul" is one that many people use to describe someone with the maturity and experience that seems to go along with a person who has experienced several lives. An old soul is said to have had several lifetimes worth of chances to learn about the world and exhibits a sort of wisdom beyond that seems uncanny. The wisdom they exhibit ultimately leads to several people benefiting from their advice.

The idea of past life regression first came as a result of the Hindu scholar Patanjali and his theory of past lives causing effects that would eventually accumulate in later lives. Those who held a level of positive or negative karma from past lives would be affected by these karmic accumulations. If an individual was not properly in tune with his or her past the future could be affected either adversely or not to their full potential. It was Madame Blavatsky who later would bring the notion into popularity in the later part of the nineteenth century.

The most important thing to remember is that when looking into your past life you have only yourself as a reference at first. There will be many tempting images of far off glorious conquerers. The goal is to get in touch with your deeper self to help you better understand yourself. In order to enter this state of mind, remember that our entrainment therapy has been specially designed to match the brainwave patterns of those undergoing successful past life regressions.

Past life regression essentially works as a form of cognitive hypnotherapy similar to those used to help a patient who is experiencing repressed memories. Our past life regression works to tap into the vein of this form of consciousness without relying on the leading questions that can result in the formation of misleading or outright false memories. Several people believe, for example, that they are a reincarnation of Cleopatra, Napoleon Bonaparte, or Abraham Lincoln as a result of their environments. But it seems far more likely that the vast majority of people would be reincarnated from a mass of equally important but largely unknown figures both historical and forgotten to the sands of time. The goal of past life regression is not to influence the ego into thinking the older soul is one of an archetype of historical figures, but rather to put those with memories in touch with their true selves.

Whether the concept of a soul connected to this Earth can be proven in scientific terms or not, the real points of interest are the results they show for those who benefit from making contact with themselves on a level deeper than can be achieved through conventional means. It's not always clear why it works so well for some, but one must look only to one of the most well thought of mathematicians of all time, Pythagoras to understand why past life progression is so important. Pythagoras told many of his colleagues of being in touch with experiences he had gained in previous lifetimes even while developing some of the most important mathematical theorems of all time.

How To OBE Almost Every Morning

This is a very easy and effective technique that doesn't involve any mental skills or discipline. When I first began trying it, it was 80% effective to send me out of body over a two week testing period.

Rhythm napping is basically the 'wake-back-to-bed' or 'interrupted sleep' methods on steroids. All you have to do is confuse your body into the "mind awake/body asleep" state by alternating falling asleep and waking up in the morning. The morning is the best time to do this because your melatonin/DHEA ratio is optimal.

It is important to follow this technique to the letter! The times when I didn't exit were when I was trying to tweak something. The 4/8/12 minute, etc. intervals below are crucial.

The biggest difficulty people have doing this method is in either not being able to fall asleep again once they get up, or in not being able to wake up when the timer goes off. However, if they are able to get past those two hurdles they almost always have some kind of unusual experience, ranging from feeling the vibrations for the first time, on up to having their first OBE.
